Yes. We prepare the project documentation required for the applicable approval process and coordinate consultations with the authorities and specialists required by the project.

Does architecture include construction supervision and project management?

It can include both. Architecture defines the project and its technical responsibility. Construction supervision, procurement, budget and programme monitoring are incorporated according to the scope agreed with the client.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We work in English, Spanish, Swedish and Greek, with a communication structure designed for clients who are not permanently present in the country where the project sits.
