Yes. The studio holds verifiable professional registrations in Spain (COAM N.25160), Sweden (SAR/MSA) and Greece (TEE-TCG N.168011). Professional responsibility and sign-off are organised according to the local rules and scope of each project.

We combine international communication with local architectural authority. Our method joins design clarity, experience from major Nordic practices, BIM coordination, technical documentation, decision control and WELL AP wellbeing criteria. The value is not only language: it is turning a site, budget and local approval process into a controlled project path.

We work across Spain, Sweden and Greece, with offices and teams in Madrid, Barcelona, Marbella, Stockholm, Athens and Thessaloniki. Our location pages also cover Mallorca, Valencia and Galicia. For international commissions beyond these markets, we can lead strategy, design, BIM and coordination alongside a local architect where required.

Yes. For all services that do not require local site presence or country-specific licensing (architectural design, interior design, BIM coordination, WELL AP certification, technical due diligence), we can work in any location. When a project requires local building permits or on-site construction coordination, we work in collaboration with a locally registered architect in that market. The Wolfblanc lead architect continues to lead the design and project decision-making.

We work routinely in English and Spanish and can also communicate in Swedish and Greek. This reduces language barriers and technical misunderstandings for owners, investors, operators and teams making decisions from another country.

We work with private homeowners, international buyers, second-home owners, developers, investors, family offices, construction companies, hospitality operators, commercial brands and institutions. Some arrive with a defined brief; others with a property or opportunity that needs architectural direction before decisions are made.

Yes. We support homeowners in full renovations, interior design and new-build projects, with a clear process from start to finish. We define the brief, design, prepare the technical documentation and supervise the works through to handover, with an assigned project manager.

Yes. We prepare the technical documentation and process the permit with the relevant local authority. In Madrid, Barcelona, Marbella and other municipalities, some interior renovations can be processed through prior notification or a responsible declaration, which shortens timelines significantly.

The process has four phases. First we listen, to understand the project, needs, budget and possibilities. Then we design and visualize the concept. Next we plan the drawings and construction decisions in detail. Finally we deliver, accompanying the project through to completion.

We design villas and second homes in Marbella, Benahavís, Estepona and across the Costa del Sol, with attention to landscape, orientation, materials and durability. We coordinate the project from design through construction supervision, and can start from a technical due diligence if the property already exists.

No. Many of our clients manage their project in Spain remotely. We work with clear communication, visualizations, regular reports and well-ordered documentation so decisions can be made without needing to be on site. We work in several languages to make follow-up easier.

Yes. We are a strong fit for investors, developers and family offices who want architecture to improve asset performance. We think about floor plan efficiency, use mix, natural light, material durability and appeal for sale or rental, with measurable return.

It is a technical analysis that helps buyers and investors understand a property before committing capital. We review structure, services, damp, condition and hidden planning potential, and set out the findings and their estimated cost in a clear report so decisions can be made with judgement.

Yes. We work in hospitality, retail, offices and mixed-use spaces. For commercial interiors and brand spaces we collaborate with EOLOS Design Lab, our specialized division. The aim is for the space to communicate identity, improve operations and increase business value.

Yes. For restaurants, boutique hotels and commercial premises we prepare the activity project and coordinate the licence process with the town hall, alongside the design and construction supervision. We offer concept, permits and delivery as one integrated service.

WELL AP is an accreditation in design for human health and well-being. It lets us consider air quality, natural light, acoustics, thermal comfort and materials from the start of the project. In housing it improves daily comfort, and in hotels, offices and clinics it supports experience and operational value.

Yes. We use BIM workflows to coordinate architecture, services and interiors with digital precision. This reduces on-site conflicts, improves control of quantities and budget, and supports better-informed decisions at every phase of the project.

We work with a transparent fee model: a fee agreed at the outset, based on the scope of the project, with no hidden costs. In the first conversation we define the scope, the proposed services and the fee structure before starting.
