What we deliver

2. Concept and scheme designWe develop the landscape concept in parallel with architecture, access, terracing, planting strategy, water features, materials palette and lighting.
3. Technical documentationFull construction documentation: grading plans, drainage, planting schedules, irrigation, paving and boundary specifications.
4. Approvals and tenderWe manage planning and environmental submissions and coordinate landscape tender packages with the wider project team.
5. Construction supervision and handoverSite monitoring during construction, contractor coordination, plant establishment review and handover documentation.

We develop these decisions as a spatial and technical project from the programme stage, integrating architecture, landscape and well-being instead of adding planting as decoration at the end.
